Étudiant (Maîtrise en Histoire à McGill) cherche chambre à louer / MA student in History at McGill looking for room to rent (Centre ville, vieux Montréal, Quartier Latin, Plateau Mont-Royal, Mile End)

Bonjour! Je cherche une chambre dans un appart avec un balcon, un jardin, jardin de cour, ou avec une belle vue sur la rue, la ville ou la nature. J'ai pas envie à habiter dans un bâtiment gratte-ciel. Je suis propre, facile-à-vivre, indépendant, et ouvert-esprit. Je cherche un endroit avec un ou deux colocataires au maximum. Beaucoup de la lumière naturelle, ça serait cool aussi. J'aime bien fêter, mais je ne suis pas "party animal", au moins pas chaque week-end. Je ne suis pas fumeur, mais ça me dérange pas si vous fumez dehors ou près d'une fenêtre. J'ai pas d'animaux, mais je les aime bien donc si vous avez un chien ou un chat, ça me va bien! Hey! I'm looking for a room in an apartment with a balcony, garden, a nice courtyard, or a good view of the street, the city or of nature. I'm not interested in living in a skyscraper–I prefer somewhat smaller buildings. I'm tidy, easygoing, independent, and open-minded. Looking for a place with one or two flatmates at the most, somewhere with lots of natural light as well. I like to have drinks, party, but not a "party animal", at least not every weekend. I don't really smoke, but don't mind if you smoke outside or near a window. I don't have pets, but I love animals so if you have a dog or cat, that's fine with me!
