I have lived in Philly (Fairmount) for about a year. My lease ends in October, and my roommate is moving to Maryland. So I need a new apartment/house and new roommate(s).

I recruit for a non-profit based in Kensington. I am originally from North Carolina, but I graduated from Villanova University a few years ago. After graduation, I bounced around to Boston and Raleigh, but I'm happy to be back in Philadelphia.

I will need a new roommate(s) and a new apartment/room come October. My current roommate is moving to Maryland. I'm a clean person and laid back. I travel a lot for work, especially in the fall (two weeks out of every month from September-November).
