Seeking 3rd Roommate in Prime Bushwick Location (backyard access, pet friendly, located between L and M train)

We are two woman in our early 20's and 30's living in a duplex apartment. I occupy the basement level and use it as a live in art studio as well as bar-tend for a living. Hannah has the room upstairs and to the back of the apartment. She is from Colorado and works in fashion merchandising. I have one pet, a clean indoor/outdoor cat named Bugga Boo. Bugga has lived with other cats and dogs in the past, and gets along with both.
