Big, Bright 4 1/2 to share in Cote-des-Neiges

Je parle francais aussi. I am looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2. The apartment is very spacious, newly renovated, bright, big bedrooms, a balcony and right besides metro and bus routes(5 min walk), shopping, parks etc. The apartment is part of a Co-Op, hence the affordable rent. Mostly this involves helping out with some cleaning in the building a few times a year, which is very easy. I have lived here a year and love the neighbourhood. High speed internet is included. Storage space available. No drugs/alcocohol in the apartment please. Environment is peaceful, easy-going and clean. Cats ok. I love to cook Vegetarian food. LGBT friendly.
