Hello, I am looking for a room/roommates starting the middle of September. I know it's pretty early to start the search, but the earlier the better to have a plan set in place. I'm currently living in the DTLA area with two other roommates and will be available once our lease is up. I am a clean, respectful, and honest roommate open to living with both male or females. I am looking for a private room, willing to share a bathroom. My budget is about $800 a month. I'm flexible with area, but with going to school full time in Pasadena the closer to that area the better. I'm currently working at an event staffing company so work is already all over the LA area.
