Brian looking for a room
Laid-back, accepting, and respectful immigration attorney born and raised in Atlanta; interested in seeing what opportunities are out there for renting a room ITP or finding a roommate or two to secure a rental together
I was born and raised in Atlanta and grew up going to Atlanta Public Schools as well as some private schools in the Buckhead area. After high school, I moved out and have lived back in Atlanta a few times since then, I've also lived in several other parts of the country (7 states total) and I've briefly lived abroad in Argentina and Guatemala. I'm really laid back and easy to get along with; I'm respectful and thoughtful, and I do my best to make sure others feel comfortable in their shared space and listened to when needed. I'm a big fan of traveling, learning languages, listening to all kinds of music, and having good experiences with good people, I love pets and animals in general, I'm an Atlanta sports fan, and I'm open-minded and treat everyone with respect and place a lot of importance in listening to others as a value that I'm most proud of. I'm easy to talk to and approach, I can take feedback and advice without getting offended, and I'm a team player. I will go to bat for any of my roommates and make sure that anyone I live with knows that they can count on me and are free to be themselves and do whatever they want, without worrying about any judgment whatsoever coming from my end. I haven't had roommates in a few years, but I've always enjoyed my roommate experiences (almost always lol) and with these rent prices so damn high, I'm eager to hopefully come across some like-minded seekers of good-value living with a solid roommate or roommates. I can guarantee you will never once feel like you have to walk on eggshells around me, and I can guarantee that I'll be respectful of your wishes and needs, and I'll make an effort to make sure that you are heard and you feel comfortable knowing you have a solid roommate in your corner who you can trust and rely on when needed. As far as my preferences in a living situation, although I'd prefer a less-strict house and lean more towards a teamwork and mutual respect and support vibe over tyranny, I certainly respect reasonable and necessary rules and as long as the house is not overseen by a roommate who is unnecessarily hostile or controlling, I would love to chat about any available rooms, and I'm totally on board with chatting with any potential roommates about potentially finding a solid place to rent together or with additional roommates, as well, if its a house with a bunch of rooms or something. The ad forced me to choose whether I prefer a house or apartment, and choose between some other options. Just know that I don't necessarily have all of the preferences indicated. With many of these answers I was required to choose a response and I went with my gut and chose one. I'm open to houses, and apartments, and I'm cool with any bonnies, religious or spiritual belief, sexual orientation, gender, or political affiliation, I'm cool with all of it. I won't put you in a box and if we end up linking to a room or join other roommates, or I join your house, I am looking forward to talking more and I'm excited to see what comes of this. Any other questions, feel free to ask. Looking forward to talking more!
