From San Francisco, moving back to very hot Houston, Texas!

Hello, moving back to Houston after 12 yrs in San Francisco. I Iived near Beltway 8 and Westheimer before so I prefer West side all the way to Galleria, down SW to Beltway / Chinatown for room, furnished or not. I'm quiet, nonsmoker, just work and studying coding so Wifi and quiet place is what's needed. I'm clean, easygoing nice guy, diplomatic type. If I do things online, I'll have headphones so no noise like TV from me. Up to $650.00, bills included prefer.
