French man fun, friendly looking for a room

I'm Benjamin 31 years old, professional, I'm to Montreal since October. I living actually in the neighboorhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. I'm looking for a room all furnished, cosy and clean with a good atmosphere.Not too far of different communities: metro, bus, gym center, grocery store, etc... I'm speaking French and English.

I lived in flatshare in London and Paris, I'm friendly, I like sports and meet different people. Easy to live and at the level of co-living I like to share good times with other roommates around a good meal, a drink, evening and discussion. But I also respect the privacy of everyone, I respect the rules of colocation. I'm Ok with the party but not all the days of the week.
