flat sharing with 2 - 4 roommates in Downtown

I'm 24 male in Toronto to look for a job (Software & Web development). I have got an open work visa (WHV), I will stay minimum 2 years there. I'm looking for a private room with furniture in Downtown in a flat sharing (2 – 4 roommates) under 800$ per month (all utilities included). I already did that during 2 years with 2 roommates and it was a great experience.

I'm not a smoker and I don't do drugs, I’m clean, especially in the kitchen because I love to cook. I love sport: skateboard, surf, snow and especially baseball, I have practiced during 4 years. Music is my passion, I listen to this all the time! I'm open minded about kinds (metal, jazz, classic, funk, hiphop, ...) and I love to share music with others.
