I am a young professional woman on a budget looking for a year lease starting as soon as possible or at least September 1st. I am going to be working in Down Town Boston and East Boston with so access to public transport would be preferred.

I am a young professional woman who just returned from a Fulbright in Bogotá, Colombia. I moving to Boston in mid-July and am looking for a year lease starting in September (and a sublet in August!). I am looking for my own room. I enjoy art, music, history, traveling, and food culture. I am working in Downtown and East Boston on a full-time government grant so proximity to public transport is preferred. I also have a car but do not plan on using it often. I prefer not to have more than two roommates.
