We have an amazing place in Park Slope Brooklyn.

We have total of 5 bedrooms plus 1 large first floor living room with table for dining, an amazing reading nook, a 3rd floor office, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens (one large, one average), big basement (unfinished) with washer/dryer hookup (so we can collectively buy these and install them), nice yard with grill, grass, hammock, and also a front patio.

Available February 1:

1 nice good sized bedroom with nice closet, good light, quiet facing the yard, has essentially private bathroom (room is about 12x12) - $1550 (could be rented furnished or unfurnished). Very private as this is the only bedroom on the first floor.

We are: 4 women (open to living with man or woman) in our 30's and early 40's - an entrepreneur/teacher, a nurse, a humanitarian worker, and a PR professional. We live busy lives and appreciate the time we get to catch up with each other. We each find alone time at home and also enjoy together time when our schedules synchronize. At this time we dont organize house-dinners or anything like that but would enjoy doing that from time-to-time.

Who are we looking for...
Looking for responsible, friendly, communicative roommate who wants a friendly environment that respects the experience of living with others as well as individual desires for space or time alone.
Clean, respectful, easy to talk to.

Habits and desires that would be a fit:
Interest in others and supportive environment
Professional, reliable, respectful
Desire for occasional dinner parties or gatherings but NOT "parties"
Intention and care in connecting with others. Awareness and consciousness.
Potential for us to communally cook or garden. All is open for exploration

Habits that wouldnt be a fit::
Loud music playing
Lots of tv watching (tho watch as much as you want in your bedroom)
Desire to host lots of parties (occassional dinner parties, gatherings are good)
Drinking as a lifestyle / drugs
Passive-aggressiveness or hostility
Boyfriends/girlfriends spending more than a night or two over per week.
Lifestyle of inviting strangers back to your home
Super private or non-communicative
Dirty, messy.
