looking to move in with a female long term

I'm new to town, work 7-5 in logistics, clean, responsible and easy going. I like reading, traveling, going out on weekends, concerts, board games, exploring, working out. Looking for a female around 25-30's to move in for long term. I need unfurnished room that can fit queen bed and a desk. I also have other furniture but I don't have to bring it in. I have a 4 lbs chihuahua/jack russel, she's sweet and trained, I don't mind if you have a dog. Car spot is a bonus. Looking for Edgewater, Andersonville, Uptown, Ravenswood area.
