Direct access to the amazing private deck and yard from your room.
New Kitchen, gas range (complete with a roommate who is a kickass chef).

If you have furniture, GREAT! I can take mine with me. If you don't, GREAT! I can leave my stuff for now... just bring your toothbrush and your clothes.

Our lease is up in May, but my roommate has no plans on leaving, so whether you're looking for a spot to call home for a few months or for the foreseeable future, this is it!

Rent is $1800+ utilities.

Street parking, but my roommate and I both have cars and never once had issues parking directly out front.
