Young single creative girl/workaholic looking for a room/roommate/apt

I'm trying to relocate from Tampa to Philadelphia after Hurricane Irma left me without a car. I need to live in a city with better transportation. I'm currently working at Paper Source and as a receptionist at a Law Firm. On the side I sell my art works, babysit, and house sit. I have a goofy and affectionate kitten named Mars. I'm a homebody and like to live in a comfortable and neat environment. My ideal home would have lots of plants, good lighting, and plenty of blankets. I don't smoke but don't mind a roommate who does as long as it's outside. I grew up in a family of 10 people so I am very easy going and happy to work with different environments.
