28 year old looking for roomates or room in apartment/house

Hi everyone, i'm a 28 year old professional looking for a room or cool people to share a house or apartment with. I'm looking to live anywhere in Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, or Echo Park. I work in Glendale so i'm trying to stay close-ish to the 101 and that side of town. Hoping to move in somewhere by Dec 1st or Jan 1st at the latest. Willing to wait to find the perfect setup. My budget is 800-1100.
Little about myself, i work in advertising, i'm very sociable and outgoing but also know how to respect others space. I've lived with guys and gals with no issues and can provide references if needed. On the weekends i'm typically out with friends, at the gym, having brunch, or staying active somehow. I also have a small 25 pound poodle-terrier named Hendrix who is potty trained, doesn't bark, and is just an all-around sweetheart.
Ideal roommates would be around my age, girls or guys doesn't matter - sociable and outgoing but also responsible and clean. I'm not a clean freak but also don't want to live in squalor. Hope to hear from you all soon!
