Very nice and sunny apartment in Harlem&UpperEastSide

We are looking for a medium-length tenant. One month to 6 months, but we are flexible. From March, 1st (flexible).
We are a musician and a PhD student renting the third room of our sunny apartment in the intersection of the Upper East Side and East Harlem. 103rd and 110th metro stop are 5 mins distance walk and Central Park is also around 6 mins away from the apartment.
The space
We are a musician and a PhD student renting the third room of our sunny apartment in the intersection of the Upper East Side and East Harlem. 103rd and 110th metro stop are 5 mins distance walk and Central Park is also around 6 mins away from the apartment.
We live in an separate section of the apartment and, even though the living room is shared, most of the time it'll be for the guest. The kitchen has all the essentials (micro, toaster, oven, coffee maker, etc.) and is comfortable to cook elaborated meals. There is one bathroom in the apartment with a bathtub and it is shared with the other two roommates.
