Moving out of NYC and freeing up my room in Bed Stuy:

- Window overlooking our backyard (shared with one other apartment)

- The apartment is on 2 floors, this room is upstairs

- We have a basement with washing machine and dryer

- Subway-wise, the C line is 5 min away, G and A lines less than 10 min way

- Rent: $1,300/month

- Leaving behind my bed, sofa and the rest of the furniture (price TBD)
