Vegan/vegetarian roommate for June 1 to July 31 or Aug 31

We are looking for a veggie-friendly/vegetarian/vegan* to join our household for June 1st to July 31st or possibly extended to August 31st in a furnished sublet room.

A little bit about the house:
-Bright 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite on the ground floor (not basement suite)
-In commercial drive area, house is on 12th, between Clark and Glen Street
-A short walk to buses: #99 B-line, #9, #22, #20. #84 and skytrain (VCC Clark and Broadway/Commercial station) to get to Kits, UBC and downtown.
-Free VIP parking is available for a car and bike
-High ceilings and everything is in great shape
-Absolutely no carpets! All tile and hardwood floors :)
-Well stocked kitchen: plates, pots, cutely, Vitamix blender, hand-blender, food processor, dehydrator and tons of baking supplies
-Double-glazed windows with screens
-Free shared washer/dryer

The room is cosy and has a window. The room is NOT facing 12th/Clark so it's quiet at night. It can be yours for $450/month plus utilities (house is eco-friendly so usually no more then $25/month) wifi and household expenses (TP/dish soap).

The room is furnished and includes the following: queen sized bed, computer desk and chair, dresser and a wall mounted clothing rack.

A little bit about your potential roommates:

Genny:
Vegan foodie, gardener, crafter and avid cyclist

Daniel:
Genny's boyfriend, veg-friendly, an actor and improv comedy producer

Emily:
Vegan and a full-time student at UBC in the library science program

Our ideal roommate:
-is tidy, considerate and not too loud
-Responsible, pays rent on time and does their dishes
-common interests/hobbies are always a plus
-LGBTQO-friendly

-Absolutely no smokers.
-No drugs, no drama
-No couples (room can only be for one person, no exceptions).
-Pets are not allowed in the house

*It's fine if you are not totally vegan; as long as you don't not bring any meat/seafood or fry eggs into the house; then we are all happy! :)
