A little bit about myself:
My name is Sandy Cabada I am 26 (will be 27 in a few weeks) I am an event producer for Tribeca Film. I love event production that is how I make my money but essentially, I want to become a published writer. I do some freelance writing on the side and am working on a few projects for myself.
Here is my situation:
I am not in New York right now. I am actually in Los Angeles and won’t be back to NY until February 1st so I really need to find a place before I arrive. Now, I know this could be a deal breaker for many but if you decide it isn’t such a problem let me know. I know it could be a bit hard, but I am willing to give you all the information that you need, I can contact you through phone, Skype FaceTime so you know I am a legitimate person, you can even talk to my previous land lord Clyde Tate that rented me a room before I left New York. If you aren’t extremely convinced with the people you meet in person let me know! I hate that I am in this situation but I had to come back to the west coast to get surgery, I had no choice :(
