[URGENT] Need 1 Female roommate near Mission Hill

3 roommates (including myself) in search of one more female to become our 4th roommate. 2 of us are students at Colleges of the Fenway, while the other is working at one of the Hospitals in Longwood Medical area. We are all nice and clean, and are/will share house chores.

We each get our own room.
Large living room, large kitchen, and one full bathroom are what's shared among the 4 of us.
We also have our own in-unit washing machine & dryer!! (It's FREE! No coins necessary! :D)

We have Stop&Shop (and DD and TGIF and Walgreens, etc) in 5min walking distance, with MBTA T Green E Line and several Buses in 5~10min walking distance.

Rent is $950 USD. Add utilities & internet to be about $1050 per person per month.

~ There's 2 images each for kitchen, living room and bathroom. Then there's the image of the washer & dryer machines.
~ Room 1 : the mostly-empty room one; the one who was there is still in the process of moving out, so the bed won't be there. The big, white freezer box most likely wont stay either so you can ignore those. Technically it's claimed by our 3rd roommate (who's going to move in in late August/early September), but she said she can work with either room. Has a walk-in closet.
~ Room 2 : the furnished room (she'll be leaving at end of August). It's slightly smaller, but still has a closet, and if you need to, you are welcome to use the shelves in the living room (the glass-door, build-into-wall shelves next to the huge TV in the living room. You can use the drawers underneath it too if necessary.)
