Upper floor room in Mount Pleasant

I'm subletting my room on the top floor of a big spacious house on the corner of Fraser st and 19th ave E.
The room is available from March 1 to June 1 (and it's possible that if you want to stay longer, you can because my roommate will likely be subletting through the summer.)
It's a big 3 bedroom house and we have the entire house to ourselves including laundry facilities, dish washer, free parking, a big backyard with gardens and a shed for bike/outdoor gear storage. The room has a big closet as well for storage. You'd be living with 2 super friendly female students age 26
I can also leave the room furnished if you want or I can remove the furnishing if you have your own.
