I have a beautiful private bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the east village, minutes from Union Square.

- Living room with 2 couches. It's big enough for you and a friend to practice yoga. (rare for NYC)
- Private WiFi network
- Bathroom of course.

The room gets tons of sun, and is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. The apartment features a large living room, full kitchen, and minutes to the best locations in the city.

LOCATION: Every cool NYC neighborhood is within walking distance: village, west village, lower east side ( LES ), soho, noho, NYU, etc. Williamsburg, Brooklyn is just 2 stops away.

NEARBY: Everything you could ever want and enjoy in NYC is within a few blocks of our apartment: theater, stand-up comedy, local and prime restaurants, 24-7 spots, groceries, bars, and lounges.

Schools: NYU, Pratt, Parsons, Tisch.

TRANSPORTATION: We're within walking distance to the following trains: 1, 2, 3. 4, 5, 6. N, Q, R. and the L. You can be to Williamsburg or the Meatpacking district in a 10 minutes train ride. We're also blocks away from a Citibike rack.

Within 10 minutes from the apartment you can be at the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, MET, MOMA, WTC, and all the other Manhattan attractions.

(IF you've ever experienced a NYC walkup, you'll appreciate the apartment being on the 1st floor) :)

The living room area has 2 couches and plenty of room to relax. I have a full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of counter space. If you like to cook, this kitchen will be hard to beat.
