Two spacious rooms by Lorimer L/G

Two rooms are opening up, June 1 and June 10 (negotiable - can be anytime between June 5 and 12), respectively, in this Williamsburg apartment. I am located a mere block from the Lorimer L/G station. Rooms are fairly spacious and may be available partially furnished.

Rent: $1100/month per room plus one month’s security deposit. Utilities are usually around $100/month. Rent is paid directly to the landlord, not me, and is month to month.

Please note that I am only seeking long-term roommates, NOT those who are only looking for the summer. Also, please be aware that the apartment has a small common storage area in lieu of a living room. It is also right by the BQE, but I have lived here for over two years and had little trouble sleeping - that said, particularly light sleepers may want to keep that in mind.

I am a 30-year-old gay male in the publishing industry. Interest in nerdy things (comics, video games) is a plus but by no means a prerequisite. Low-key, low-drama personalities preferred. Mostly keep to myself, but open to socializing if our personalities align.
