Nous offrons une chambre dans notre charmant appartement sur 2 étages sur la rue Drolet entre Roy et Duluth.
L’appartement est proche de tous les services (restaurants, SAQ, boucheries, épiceries, cafés, etc.) à moins de 5 minutes à pied, et à 7 minutes maximum de la station Sherbrooke (si tu pognes toutes les lumières rouges!)
L’appartement est équipé avec tous les électros (réfrigérateur, four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, laveuse, et sécheuse).
La salle de bain est séparée des toilettes et a un bain (pour tes soirées d’épuisement) et une douche (pour tes matins rush).
La chambre vient avec le lit, une armoire et une commode.
Nous sommes présentement 3 colocataires, tous les 3 jeunes professionnels dans la mi-vingtaine.
Le loyer est de 600$ et inclus l’internet haut débit + l’hydro, chauffage et l’utilisation illimitée des électros!

Charming, cozy and well located apartment for rent just off of St. Denis - next to tons of shops/amenities in Le Plateau and only a 7 minute walk to Sherbrooke Metro Station!
