Très beau 7 1/2 au coeur du Plateau Mont-Royal

Ma coloc sous-loue sa chambre de début juillet à fin aout dans un superbe 71/2 à 2 niveaux !
Ce dernier est situé sur le plateau au 4017 rue Drolet, au croisement avec Duluth.
La maison est entièrement meublée avec terrasse, lave vaisselle, laveuse/sécheuse ; elle est composée de 2 autres colocs + Murphy, notre super cat.
La maison est située entre la station de métro Sherbrooke et la station Mont-Royal (7min à pied chacune).
Il y a tout à côté, entre autres: un dépanneur littéralement en face de notre porte d’entrée, une SAQ au coin, une épicerie vraiment pas chère à 5min de marche, de nombreux cafés et restaurants.
