The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very pleasant. It is a mostly owner-occupied residential area with birds and flowers and no unpleasant types of people on the street.
Two rooms are available: one very large ($950) and one about as large as a typical studio apartment ($1050). Garaged parking is negotiable. There is a washer/dryer in the house. As each person has their own bathroom, you will enjoy a bathroom for your own use.
The first room: second floor, carpeted, large room with big bright bay windows. Two closets.
The second room: first floor, all hard-wood floor, door to outdoor patio, very very large and spacious.
