The best spot in Somerville move in ASAP

We are looking for a roommate (can be man or woman), to move in ASAP in March 1st.
The apartment is located on Highland Ave, one of the best spots in Somerville. Around the neighborhood are surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studio and groceries stores. Not only that, we are very close Davis square (by walking in 10 min, and by bus (88 and 90) 3-4 minutes) the best spot in the town for nightlife, enjoy the festivals, and get access to the T. For you who work in downtown Boston or Cambridge would fit perfect to get at work on time and not worrying about being too far from the T station.
It's a three-store-building, and we live on the second store. You will have your private room, and we all share the bathroom. We have wash machine and dryer, it cost three dollars ($2.00 for the wash machine and $1.00 for the dryer), the building has a driveway but it is already rented for other tenants, so we can't offer the parking lot space. We are looking for a clean and responsible person, who pays your bills on time. The rent is $700.00 and we will share the pay of gas, electricity (every 8th of each month) and wi-fi.
Available to show the house this month anytime after 12pm.
To move in we ask the first and last (the amount of $1,400.00 can be discussed).
No pets, no couples, and no parking lot.
