Superbe Appartement 4 et 1/2 tout meublé sur Plateau Mont-Royal

Bonjour, je m'appelle Paméla, j'ai 22 ans et je suis étudiante à temps plein en hotellerie à Montréal, à l'Institut de Tourisme et d'Hotellerie du Québec. Je suis actuellement à la recherche d'une colocataire pour combler la deuxième chambre de mon appartement, débutant le 15 janvier 2016, pour une période de 4 mois, se terminant le 15 avril 2016. L'appartement est entièrement meublé comme sur les photos: canapés, tables, chaises, laveuse et sécheuse, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, lits, commodes, télévisions, table de nuit, etc. Il y comprend une grande salle de bain à partager, incluant un bain, une douche et deux lavabos.

L'appartement est situé près de commodités; arrêt de bus 29, 24, 45, et 97 à moins de 5 minutes, stations de métro Papineau et Mont-Royal à environ 15 minutes de marche. Épicerie à un bloc de rue et Dépanneur Couche-Tard dans le batiment adjaçent. En plein centre du Plateau Mont-Royal, à seulement quelques minutes de l'avenue Mont-Royal où se situent de nombreux commerces, marchés, magasins, restaurants et bars. De plus, l'appart est situé à seulement 5 minutes du Parc Lafontaine.
L'appart inclus l'Internet WI-FI, Cable et Téléphone résidentiel. Les frais d'electricité, de chauffage et d'hydro s'élève à 50$ fixe par mois. (pour un total de 100$ à deux.)

Il y a également possibilité d'acheter une vignette de stationnement dans la rue, pour les personnes qui ont une voiture.

Je suis à la recherche d'une colocataire respectueuse, fun, organisée, sans drogue/drame, et honnête, afin de partager mon bel appartement pour quatre mois.

Le coût du loyer mensuel total est de 800$ après toutes les charges et devra etre payé le premier jour de chaque mois.

Hello, my name is Pamela, I am 22 years old and studying in hotel management in Montreal, at the Quebec Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management. I am currently looking for a roomate to occupy the second room of my 4 and 1/2 appartement, starting January 15th, for a period of 4 months, ending April 15th 2016. (Refer to picture of available room below)

The appartment is completely furnished: washer and dryer, couches, bed, chairs, nightstand, kitchen equipment and silverwear, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, televisions, dressers, etc. It has one large bathroom to be shared, including a bath tub, a shower, and two syncs.

The appartment is located nearby many amenities: bus stop 29, 24, 45 and 97 less than 5 minutes away, Metro stations Papineau and Mont-Royal at approximately 15 minutes walking distance. Additionnally, there is a grocery store one bloc away and a Couche-Tard convenience store in the neighboring building. Located in the center of the Plateau Mont-Royal, only a few minutes away from the Mont-Royal Avenue where you can find many businesses, markets, restaurants and bars. It it also just a few steps away from the Lafontaine Park.

The rent includes WiFi internet connection, television cable, residential phone. The electricity, heating and hydro-electricity are fixed at 50$ a month. (for a total of 100$ for two)

There is also a possibility to buy a parking pass in the street, for anyone who has a car.

I am looking for a respectful, fun, organized, drug/drama free and honest roomate to share my spacious apprtment with. The total monthly rent for this appartment is 800$ after all charges combined, and will be due on the 1st of each month.
