Bonjour à tous,
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un troisième coloc à partir de début mars. Notre colocataire quitte sa chambre dans notre très bel appartement situé au cœur du plateau, à 4 minutes à pied du métro Mont-Royal et à 3 minutes du métro Laurier. C’est un quartier idéal entouré de supermarchés, boutiques en tout genre, de bars et de restaurants et surtout à mi-chemin entre toutes les universités (UQAM, McGill, Concordia facilement accessibles en métro mais aussi l’UdeM et HEC accessibles via le bus 51).
L’appartement est entièrement équipé et comprend notamment une laveuse, une sécheuse ainsi qu’un lave-vaisselle ! Il est également doté d’une superbe terrasse !
La chambre est équipée d’un lit double, d’un bureau, de luminaires, d’un fauteuil et de rangements. Le loyer est de 550$ Le loyer comprend toutes les charges et internet haut débit.
Un mot sur nous : une jeune professionnel en urbanisme et une étudiante en science politique. Toutes les deux dans la mi-vingtaine, on aime aussi bien faire la fête que rester tranquille à la maison. On cherche quelqu’un avec qui on pourra partager de bons moments entre coloc, bien que respectueuse de l’intimité des autres, du silence quand il le faut, et des règles de vie commune. On parle toutes les deux le français et l’anglais.

Hi everyone !
We’re looking for a third roomate from the beginning of March. Our roomate is leaving is room in our wonderful apartment in the middle of the Plateau Mont-Royal, located about 4 minutes from Mont-Royal metro station and 3 minutes from Laurier station. It’s a great animated area surrounded of supermarkets, all kind of shops, bars and restaurants. Also, you can easily access to every universities (UQAM, McGill and Concordia by metro and UdeM & HEC by the bus 51).
The apartment is completely furnished (there are washer/dryer and a wash-machin). There is also a really nice terrasse.
The room is furnished with a big bed, desk, lights, chair and closet. The rent 550$, all included (water, electricity and internet).
We like partying and we’re really sociable but also, clean, respectful of other people privacy and of the silence when it’s necessary.We speak French and English.
