A private bedroom in a brand new, renovated, beautiful apartment Chinatown.

A bit about myself - I work in photography and spend a lot of time at work - theoretically 9 to 6 but in reality it's a bit longer.
I would love to find a person to share the apartment with who has similar passions - maybe works in creative fields as well.
I love brainstorming, watching old movies, exchanging ideas and cruising the city in company.
Looking for a person for immediate move in for period of 3 months with possible extension.

If you need working space, there is a desk in the bedroom and if you want to relax you can sit down and listen to music or read something on a comfy sofa (pull out) in the living room.
The room comes with a bed, desk, spacious closet where you'll find an AC unit (should you ever need it in the winter) and a tiny heater (the apartment is very warm but in case you like it really hot).

The windows in the living room look out on a small yard so there is nothing in way of your view - you can see the river etc.

The area offers plenty of good and affordable food and coffee options that you can explore.
There's also my personal favorite - bar called Mr Fongs 2 mins away. The area will be also great for biking as soon as it gets a bit warmer - citibike stand is located 1 block away.

You can easily get to any district of New York- be it for work or in free time - you're steps from the F, J, M, Z and B and D.

1500$ rent and 1000$ deposit required to move in.
