Ted Barrett and I are subletting our 3rd bedroom (furnished!) - 10 minutes from Manhattan - in Queen’s new up and coming neighborhood- Astoria. We are the first tenants in the newly renovated apartment. It is located within 5 min. to EMR (Steinway St.) and 7 min. to NQ (Broadway). Plenty of new shops, restaurants and bars are in the area. Location/price-wise it’s tough to beat with quick access to Manhattan and direct lines to the most popular neighborhoods in the city.
