Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate (starting June) :) The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom located downtown 5 minutes from the Wellesley Station, 15 minutes from Dundas Square.
Facilities: Pool, Gym, Convenience store in building
Location: Vibrant neighbourhood (lots of bars/restaurants on Church street, 10 minute walk from Yorkville. Loblaws, Metro, Food Basics etc located within a 5-10 minute walk.
HUGE balcony and bedrooms (one bedroom can fit 2 queen beds and more!). On the 28th floor so lots of light and an incredible view.
About me: I'm a friendly young professional working in the financial district. :) I'm pretty quiet but would be more than happy to chat about just about anything on occasion!
Terms: Lease rolls from month to month since it's a transfer (not a new lease) - this means at any given time, a notice of 60 days must be given to the building management if the lease is to be ended.
