A little about us: We are two roommates living in the other two bedrooms, our third roommate is relocating for work at the end of Oct. We are both NYU grads now working full-time in the city. We're friendly, tidy, fun, respectful of the others' space, and looking for a nice new roommate!
The room is huge and beautiful, with two closets, comes furnished with full bed and desk. Just steps from the L train stop and Union Square. Directly next to Stuy Town Oval Park. There is an AC unit, laundry in the building and the apartment has a dishwasher. Rent includes utilities (water, gas, wifi, electricity). The room is available from November 1 to the end of our lease in August 2017.
