Spacious bedroom

The rent include all utilities, just come with your clothes and your own food (+$50/month if couple), that you can put in your own private kitchen (yes, a kitchen for yourself!). You also have your private entrance. :)
The kitchen upstairs is shared with 3 bedrooms (you have your own, lucky guys!), and the bathroom is shared as well.
The bus is just at the corner of the street (which go directly downtown).
We have 2 dogs in the house (see picture), so you will need to like dogs. Moreover, this room is pet-friendly, we need to meet you before to see if your animal is compatible with ours.
