Spacious Room in Renovated Southie Apartment

I am moving to San Francisco in January and looking for a subletter! My apartment is in South Boston only a couple blocks from the beach, grocery store, bus stop and lots of fun bars and restaurants. My room is very spacious and the only basement bedroom in the apartment, so there is plenty of privacy. I live with 4 other girls in their 20's and share a bathroom with one of them. You will have laundry right outside your room and a comfortable living area and kitchen upstairs. We also have a spacious porch that is great in the summer. We are looking for someone fun, laid back, and clean. The rent is $1190 plus utilities and the lease ends Aug 29th.
