Spacious 3 bedroom in Outremont

Hey, there's a room opening up in my apartment in Outremont for immediate move-in.
The place is a spacious 3 bedroom in a beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood, great for going for walks and close to some lovely parks. It's within convenient walking distance of the Mile End, and also a ~5 min walk from Outremont metro and the 129 bus.
Ur share of rent will be 575 plus utilities (hydro is around 30/month total - so 10 per person - and we don't pay for heating!) You'd be subletting for the first 2 months but ideally also signing onto the lease in July (at which point the rent goes up to 620.)
You'd be living with:
Me (21, m) - studying to be a librarian in online uni, plays many instruments and loves 2 read
Sam (22, m) - finishing up a his major in computer science and doing a cultural studies degree at McGill, plays in a band with Silas, also loves to read!
Sam will be moving out with his partner in July, so keep that in mind if May is too soon for u, or if u and a friend want to arrange to move in together!
Couples also welcome.
