Spacieux 7 1/2 Sherbrooke/St Laurent pour Decembre ou Janvier.

Nous cherchons un colocataire pour une chambre dans un spacieux 7 ½ (transfert de bail) à partir de début décembre ou début Janvier, pour 450$/mois avant charges.

Nous sommes situés au croisement St Laurent / Sherbrooke (H2X2T6). La chambre disponible est spacieuse, et dispose de 2 fenêtres et d’un plancher en bois. Le locataire de cette chambre a aussi accès à un placard situé dans le couloir.
Je laisse meubles (lit, 2 bureaux, 2 chaises, commodes, étagères, lampes) pour un bon prix.

Appartement :
L’appart est un 7 ½ très spacieux avec 5 chambres (l’une sert de chambre d’ami) et comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Nous venons d’avoir des rénovations dans la salle de bain. La cuisine est toute équipée et vient avec 2 frigos. Nous disposons également d’une petite terrasse.

Environnement :
L’appartement en lui-même est vraiment bien situé, avec un grand nombre de restaurants, cafés et bars à proximité.
Dans un rayon de 6 minutes a pied, vous avez accès à un Métro, un Provigo, Eden (supermarché asiatique), un Pharmaprix, un Dollarama, un club de gym, et le cinéma Parc La Cité. Il y aussi une superette (24/24h) à 4 min de marche ainsi qu’un Tim Horton de l’autre côté de la rue (aussi 24/24h).

Transports :
La station de métro St Laurent (ligne verte) est à 5 min, la station Sherbrooke (ligne orange) est à 7 min;
Les bus 55 (boulevard St Laurent) et 24 (rue Sherbrooke) sont à 1 min;
Les bus 80 et 129 (avenue du Parc) sont à 7 min.
Accès très facile pour se rendre aux universités de Montréal !
Il y a également assez d’espace pour laisser des vélos dans les parties communes.

Colocataires :
Vous partagerez l’appart avec 3 gars, tous a la fin de la vingtaine. Yohan (Breton) et Ali (Iranien) sont en doctorat à l’UdeM et à McGill. Rob (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador) travaille comme Developpeur logiciel.
Nous cherchons quelqu’un de naturellement propre, ordonné, respectueux, et qui parle français ou anglais. Les colocs sont tous francophones et anglophones. Mesdemoiselles vous êtes les bienvenues! :)

Hi there!

We have 1 room available in a spacious 7 1/2 (lease transfer) starting in December or January for $450/month not including utilities.

We are located on the corner of St. Laurent Boulevard and Sherbrooke (H2X2T6). The bedroom available is a large room with two big windows and a wood floor. A closet is available in the corridor. I can leave the furniture (bed, desks, chairs, drawers, shelves and lamps) for a good price.

Apartment:
The apartment is a 7 ½ with 5 bedrooms (we use 1 room as a guest room) and is equipped with washer and dryer. We just have some renovation in the bathroom. The kitchen is furnished and comes with 2 fridges.
We also have a little balcony for chilling in the summer.

Environment:
The apartment is really well located. Right on St. Laurent, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars.

It is close to Provigo, Metro, Eden (asian supermarket), and another smaller supermarket (open 24 hours). It’s also close to Pharmaprix, gym and movie theatre (LaCite complex). There is also a Tim Hortons right across the street from the apartment (also open 24 hours).

Transports:
It takes 5 minutes to walk to metro St. Laurent, and 7 minutes to walk to metro Sherbrooke. Bus stops for Bus 55 (on St. Laurent Blvd) and Bus 24 (on Sherbrooke) are 1 minute (walking) away.
Bus 80 (avenue du Parc) and Bus 129 are 6 minutes walk away.
Super convenient for university students!
The common area is big enough to let bikes (We let our four bikes there).

Roommates:
You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other roommates, all in their late 20’s and all guys. Yohan (France) and Ali (Iran) are PhD students at UdeM and McGill. Rob (New Foundland) is working as a Software Developer.
In the house, we speak English and French. We are looking for an FrenchorEnglish-speaking roommate who is clean, tidy, and respectful.
