Hello,
Ma chambre est à sous-louer chez nous du 6 mars à fin avril. Je souhaiterais quelqu'un qui la prendra pour toute la durée, mais c'est négociable.
Elle est totalement meublée : penderie, commode, lit double, étagères.
Le loyer est de 450$ tout compris.
L'appartement se trouve dans le village, on est à 3 min à pied du métro Beaudry, 8 min du métro Berri, 2 min de sainte Catherine, tu as également tout pour faire tes courses à proximité : épicerie, iga, dépanneur.
On a une laveuse, une sécheuse et même un lave-vaisselle. On dispose également d'un balcon, une terrasse et un jardin.
Les photos datent de quelques mois donc certaines petites modifs on été faites depuis.
On aimerait une demoiselle pour garder un semblant d'équilibre dans la coloc puisque tu cohabiteras avec deux gentils jeunes hommes.
