Sous-Location Chambre Meublée pour Juin-Juillet 2016 -- Subletting private room from June to July 2016

Je sous-loue ma chambre du 11 juin au 21 juillet inclus. La chambre est assez grande, a un lit double, un placard et un bureau.
Le reste de l'appartement est grand aussi: salon (avec Netflix), cuisine avec salle à manger, salle de bain (avec laveuse et sècheuse)
L'appartement se trouve au croisement entre la Rue Sherbrooke Est et la rue Panet. Il se situe juste en face du parc Lafontaine, ce qui est vraiment sympa pour l'été. L'appartement est à deux pas de la station sherbrooke (ligne orange) et la ligne de bus (24) qui va vers le centre ville se trouve juste devant l'appartement. Nous sommes donc proches du centre-ville et des commerces!

The room is very spacious; it has a double bed, a dressing, and a desk.
The apartment is spacious as well and has a living room (with Netflix), a dining space, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. There are also washer and dryer machines.
The house is at the intersection of Rue Sherbrooke Est and Rue Panet. It's just in front of the Lafontaine Parc, what is really cool for the summer.
The appartment is just a few steps from the metro station Sherbrooke (orange line) and from the bus station (24) which brings you directly to downtown!
