Hello all,
Small lofted Alphabet City (East 9th St./Ave. B) bedroom in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is a 10 to 15 minute walks to F, 6, R, N, and L trains. The lofted bedroom is available for (6) six months to a year starting May 1st. Rent is $975 / month with internet and utilities included. One months security deposit plus last months rent is required. Non-smoker preferred. Female preferred. No pets allowed. The small bedroom has a Full sized mattress in the loft and large curtain panels for privacy. Windows overlook beautiful community garden. Lots of sunlight. Closet underneath the loft with enough room for a dresser, desk and chair. This room is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff, and doesn’t spend a lot of time at home. Laundry in building. Grocery stores and Tompkins square park all within one block. This is a small one bedroom apartment we will share. The living room has been converted into my living space. There is only one shared bathroom (WC) which is next to the lofted bedroom. I will have to walk through the bedroom to use it. Thank you.
