Small Furnished Basement Bedroom on Lower East Side / Chinatown border!
One out of two rooms available in 4 person share. Fully Furnished, great location, reasonable price available August 1! Utilities are very low ($50-$70) and include heat, water, electric, cleaning person, toiletries (Toilet paper and house supplies) and internet. There is no cable tv in this apartment.
We are two females ages 26 and 29 looking for 2 roommates. This is an ad for only one of the rooms. If you are interested in 2, please let me know.
What we are looking for:
- 25+ years strongly preferred
- Maturity
- No smoking of any kind
- No partying within the apartment/Limited guests
- Drinking in the apartment is ok but not in excess
- Must be clean and must be willing to contribute cleaning effort
- Financially stable
- Long term preferred (til July 2017) but short term available at higher cost.
- Overnight guests allowed with permission (agreement from all roommates)
To move in, you must pay $1100 (first month) + $1100 (last month) and $300 security deposit. You must also be willing to sign a sublet agreement.
