Small cozy room in Murray Hill!
Room available FEB. 1st in our Murray Hill 3 bedroom! The room itself gets plenty of sun, has an amazing view of midtown manhattan, a decent sized closet, and louver doors. You have the option of renting it furnished (see photos) or can bring your own furniture. Your share of cable/internet + electric would be around $80 depending on the season.
This is a doorman/elevator building, centrally located in Manhattan with laundry in the basement, steps from subways/buses, dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafes.
We are 2 sisters (29 & 34) and a small, well-behaved hypo-allergenic dog. We have regular work hours and enjoy coming home to a relaxing and tidy home. Seeking someone chill, respectful, dog-friendly and gay-friendly who can stay through May.
Females only please. Non-smokers, no drugs, no parties, no live-in significant others. Must pay 1st month and security up front, but don't need to be on the lease. Happy hunting!
