Shared flat

Hello to everybody! :-)
Do you need still a place in Montreal?
I am renting my room from end of December / beginning January until May 2017. It is in a shared flat with 6 other lovely people. They are from France, Morocco and Senegal. They all are easy-going, social people and sometimes like to cook together, watch TV, etc... Their mother language is french, but they also speaking english. The flat is located 3 minutes away from Jean-Talon-Station. That's 10 Minutes to Université de Montreal, HEC and 10 Minutes Downtown. In the neighborhood are a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. The next supermarket is just a few meters and there is a very cheap gym (Fit for life) around the corner.
There is a big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and also dryer. There are 2 bathrooms and a living room with TV.
The flat is in the second floor and especially the room is very bright. The rent is 530$ and includes everything.
