Seeking Two Roommates in North Hollywood to Share 4 Bedroom Apt. $650 with parking space $500/Without.

Looking for Clean (Film Industry people preferred) but not against anyone else applying. Two rooms available, One for $650 and one for $500.00 with electric divided by 4 every two months. The $650 room is the biggest in the apt and has a tandem parking space, the $500 one has street parking. Shared bathroom on that side of the apt between the 3 people. AC in both main rooms but not in the bedrooms. And no heat, though it rarely gets cold enough to need it anyways.
