Seeking third roomie for apt on Spadina and Harbord

Looking for a third roomie to share our cozy 3 bedroom place. Room is unfurnished, comes with a closet AND a window (the height of luxury, right in the city, people). Shared living space is a wee bit tight but more than made up for by a kickass deck out back. Bike storage and coin laundry in basement. Heat/hot water included. Internet, gas and AC are extra.

We’re 2 ladies in our early 30’s, busy with work/travel/hobbies and looking for a roommate with similar positive attitude and lifestyle. Clean, and respectful of shared space and noise is a must, but we’re pretty chill around here. We want this place to feel like a home so ideally looking for someone we can kick back with over wine. Oh and that drop-dead gorgeous fur-ball lives here too, her name is Rosie.
