Seeking Christian female for sublet in Brookline

I am seeking a Christian female (preferably in her 20s) to sublet my bedroom starting ASAP. The apartment is located on Tappan Street in Brookline, a close walk from the C and D line. It is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment w/ laundry in the basement. Rent is $850/month (including heat and hot water) plus utilities, and a parking spot is available to rent for about $175/month. Both roommates are Christian females; one is a grad student at Northeastern and the other is a working professional. They are neat, friendly, and easy to get along with.
