Hi we are a house filled with artist looking for one more roommate to occupy the last room! Its very big house and in nice area of Kitsilano.

The room is approximately 6ft wide and 12 ft long with 9ft ceiling, it has no closet but a rack for hanging clothing. Big side window facing the backyard.
the house has wood flooring and and a nice back yard. Fire place and basement "workshop" style.
The house has 2 carports
We are a LGBTQ friendly and artistic people.
We do have a cat, smoking its allowed outside. If you have a cat we might be able if they get along. House is near the number 22,2,84,7,4 bus. does not include utilities.
