Si tu veux vivre dans une colocation de malade, cette annonce est faite pour toé jeune padawan ! 4 colocataires en tout, étudiants et travailleurs entre 25-34 ans. Une chambre avec fenêtre vu sur la cour, se libère. Tu seras non loin de tout et à 2 stations de métro du centre ville. Le bus 34 juste au coin de rue, et l’arrêt Papineau à 6min à pied. Le parc Lafontaine pas loin non plus. Les commerces ? Tu as tout ce dont tu auras besoin. Un dépanneur à 1 min à pied. Un Metro Plus, une pharmacie, boulangerie, Mc do, Tim horton’s, A&W … La chambre est libre au 1er Février. 381,25$ (+ charges(internet, hydro, chauffage, environ 450$).. Caution pour le propriétaire de 406,25$ Dans la chambre: lit, couette, 2 oreillers, 2 étagères en fer, 1 commode, 1 petit table, rangement pour vêtements. Reprise des meubles 200$+100$ électroménagers Laveuse sécheuse dispo. Un balcon très utilisé pendant l’été et accès périlleux au toit. Et surtout une table de salon qui fait office aussi de podium pendant les partys (une fois par mois tout au plus) ! tout le monde travaille au 1466 Fullum.

Roommate wanted! Great room with furniture and window in a 7 ½ // FOR NOW. If you’re easy going and drama free, this post is for you ! We are 3 roommates, students and professional between 25 and 34, looking for the Force ! The room is normal, with walls, ceiling and everything. The window is on the back so you can watch our downstairs’ neighbours in their garden or take pictures of our small friend Jean-Michel the squirrel. The apartment is 6 minutes’ walk from Papineau metro, you’ll get a Dep at 1 min walk and the Metro grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, Mc Do, Tim horton’s, A&W at 5 min.
The room is available on the february 1st, the rent is 381,25$ (+ charges, around 450$). There is a 406,25$ of deposit to pay for the landlord. The room include 200$ of furniture to buy from our sweet roommate: bed, comforter, pillows, shelves, a drawer, a small table and a small dressing. Plus : a washing machine, a dryer, a hippies-like balcony and hazardous access to the roof. Not to mention our living room table that can serve as a podium for party (once every two month or so)! Everyone is working, so we’re not looking for someone who wants to party all night in the bathroom and die in our coach all day long. Long term, or so, preferred.
We are mostly French speaking, a good place to improve your language skills!
