Roommate wanted for sunny Williamsburg 3BR off Graham L stop

Hi everyone! I need someone to take over my lease starting Feb 1 (until May 31 2016, with a high chance of my roommates renewing the lease).

$1200 per month plus utilities (about $50-70). You have Netflix, HBOGo, Hulu, and Amazon Prime video as well! Will need first and security ($1200) to move in.

The apt is very sunny, clean, 3br/1bath, and your room gets a lot of light and looks out into the back of the unit. It's pretty quiet and in walking distance to a lot of bars (and a very short commute to the busy Bedford Ave stop). The apt is off the Graham L stop.

I'm flexible with the move-in date and any furniture you want me to leave, including a queen tempurpedic mattress, side table, and open closet organizer.

You'll be sharing the apt with two men, late 20s, early 30s, and the cutest Westie puppy, Dexter. He's hypoallergenic!

No couples or pets.
