Hi,

I'm currently a female graduate student and looking for a female roommate for a two bed starting in September. The apartment is located 3 min walk from Hynes T Station and close to The Boston Conservatory, Berklee, NEU and New England Conservatory.

Rent will be 1100 including heat, hot water and internet. Laundry is in the building and parking is available for $250.

I'm looking for either a grad student or a young professional. I'm friendly, easy to get along with and very clean. Let me know if you would like to be my roommate!
